About Viaere
We built Viaere because the spreadsheet was eating an hour of every morning.
Every working fleet has a director of maintenance who opens a spreadsheet every morning to figure out which aircraft should fly today. The math is the same everywhere: keep the fleet evenly spaced through its inspection intervals. The tools are the same everywhere: a grid of cells, a mental model, and an hour of patience.
Viaere replaces the spreadsheet. The math is automated, the ranking updates live as tach times come in, and calendar inspections (annuals, ELT batteries, ADs) are factored in automatically. The director gets the hour back. Dispatch gets a single source of truth. The operation gets FAA-grade traceability without lifting a finger.
We built it beside the hangar floor, over months of “what’s missing”, “you got this part wrong”, and “actually it should work like this.” That feedback loop is the product. Every release is reviewed against a real working fleet before it ships.
